Vizcaya’s The Maisonette Brings Private, Luxury Living To New Jersey

Luxury living is in demand and The Maisonette is just another example. Vizcaya, a premier residential community in New Jersey, is introducing The Maisonette, a two-floor layout that recalls the opulent homes in New York City‘s Upper East Side.

According to Lisa Macchi, VP of Sales and Marketing at Millennium Homes, which developed The Maisonette, this is a residential layout that features the best of urban, luxury living while also introducing the privacy of life within a gated community.

The Maisonette homes have a private front entrance. But there is also a back door beside a reserve indoor parking space. Then again, residents can step out of their homes and head to either of the two heated pools, the spa, the fitness centre, maybe even grab a quick game of tennis at the Vizcaya tennis court. As for the daily chores, Vizcaya offers its residents a 24-hour concierge service to help with everything from dry cleaning to car washing.

Inside, the homes are spacious, with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms spread out over 3,237 square feet. On the lower level is a cozy formal living room with wooden ceilings, a dining room, two walk-in closets, a gourmet kitchen and a large family room leading to a terrace. On the upper level is a huge loft that could be converted as per residents’ tastes.
