Top Chefs to Attend the Annual New York Culinary Experience
The French Culinary Institute has a very interesting way of raising money for its Future Chefs Scholarship Program. They are holding their third annual New York Culinary Experience. It is a two day culinary camp for the foodies to be held on October 2 and 3. The event has become very popular with the foodies as the experience is not only educative but very exciting. People travel from all over the world to attend this event.
This is an event where you can do what you never even dreamt about. Did you ever dream of cooking with some of the best known Chefs of the world? But here is a chance to make your dream come true. The panel of the participating chefs is very impressive this year also. The big names include Todd English, Johnny Iuzzini, Alain Ducasse, Morimoto, David Bouley, Laurent Tourondel, Jacques Torres and Anita Lo. The money raised from this event goes towards the institutes scholarship program that makes it possible for the aspiring chefs to attend The French Culinary Institute.
You will not be just watching the great Chefs in action but actually participate in the action and create dishes with them. The weekend program includes two classes per day. Breakfast, (educational/learning) lunch sessions, and a cocktail/wine reception to close each day. The cost for the participants is $1,595. There is a $100 discount if you book for two or more in a group.
