Three years ago, Starwood had devised a   program to lure customers like Neuman, the selected, preferred guests to get personal concierge 24 hours a day. Starwood nicknamed them as  Ambassadors and Neuman also has been assigned one such Ambassador named Sharon, and he dubbed her as his angel.

Hotels and airlines aggressively compete to attract Elite travelers like Neuman the most sought after guest in the world which fetch thirty percent of profit by only two percent of top travelers. Frits van Paasschen, Starwood Chief Executive Officer says such travelers are branded as mega traveler or road warrior. Those who stay for hundred nights will be assigned a personal Ambassador which is the ultimate luxury to be awarded.  If traveler stays for seventy five nights a year he could check in and checkout anytime day or night. Guest will have platinum status if he stays for 25stays-50 nights. Those who stay for 10 stays or 25 nights in 365 days would reach Gold status.
