John Auerbach, the president of Park & Bond, leads the team which includes the department of style, division of business operations, divisional merchandising management, editorial and creative division. The sale site Park & Bond, focuses on American luxury, custom designed clothing.

Brooke Cundiff, is in charge of merchandising for the new site says that men are not interested in sticking to only one brand.
