Matt Damon Buys $20 Million Apartment in Manhattan

Upper West Side neighborhood in Manhattan is known f0or its almost undeniably expensive real estate rates. Man people who buy properties are from the Broadway, or CEOs from one of the companies that have a base in NYC.

Now, Matt Damon has bought a $20 million apartment bang in the middle of Upper West Side neighborhood in Manhattan. Back in 2006, his home got flooded and he apparently lost everything he owned which is quite impossible to believe. 535 West End Avenue could just be the hottest address for now, since Matt Damon would be living there very soon.

It comes with enough space for a lot of staff, and also for the actor and his family and friends to lounge out. With great views of the city and its sparkling lights, the $20 million apartment in Upper West Side neighborhood in Manhattan was definitely a great choice.

Many Hollywood celebrities are moving to New York for strange reasons, and for reasons that are not exactly known. We do not know why he chose New York over Los Angeles, but it sure is clear that there is a certain magic about NYC even H0ollywood stars find difficult to ignore. Of course, L.A is still where Hollywood is located, and thus is still my option.
