Hollywood’s beauty ‘Penelope Cruz’ lists her Sunset Strip-Area Home for sale

Some hot Hollywood properties are for sale. Well known Oscar winning actress Penelope Cruz has recently listed her ‘Sunset Strip-area’ home brought in 2005 for sale at $3,696,000.  Academy Award Winner for best supporting actress in ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’, Cruz has also starred in films like ‘Volver’ and ‘Sahara’, and is scheduled to star opposite the brilliant Jonny Depp in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’.

The house is a modern style ‘Balinese’ home with intricately carved entry doors that graciously open into a huge courtyard with a fountain. Academy Award winning producer Jim Wilson is also in the queue and has listed his 190 acre ‘Equestrian Ranch’ in Calabasas, Los Angeles for sale. The 7,500 sq. ft traditional farm house was built in 1999 .Among its many amenities are  stone fps, slate floors, tennis court, swimming pool, spa, secondary barn, utility building, duck pond, corrals.
