A perfect example of their service came when a Sheik wanted to stop in Boston to see the Lakers play the Celtics. Traveling from New York to Atlanta, the sheik was provided the exclusive treatment from the travel management service and an hour later he was on his jet heading to Atlanta.
Cattan remarked that the airports fail to understand the customer’s needs and that’s where their company comes in. They make sure that they provide the best service to their customers including entertainers, corporate moguls and any ordinary person who wants to get a special treatment.
