Vornado’s Fascitelli is in news again for selling the NYC home for an astounding price of $3.85 million.
Vornado Realty Trust Chief Executive Officer Michael Fascitelli is more famous for the real estate deals that he has bagged so far, and less for the houses that he personally owns. This time around, the Upper East Side apartment in Manhattan seems to have become a great source of lolly for him to keep in the bank. In fact, the house fetched the $3.85 million, which was also the asking price and had been listed for almost 3 months. The house comes with 4 bedrooms and since it is located in Manhattan, the price is pretty shocking.
In fact, how could anyone find a 4 bedroom house/apartment in Manhattan for just about $4 million? It may sound impossible but the buyer and the seller seem to be satisfied for their own reasons. Perhaps, the real estate market is seeing a certain bad period for much of the apartments and houses sold in the NYC area have been shockingly low. The house also comes with exclusive spaces such as the three fireplaces, a maid’s room and a 192-square-foot (18-square-meter) walk-in closet.
