Turkish Aydeniz Group Launches Ayada Maldives, a Luxury Resort

Aydeniz, a Turkish construction company is prestigious experience firm is going to introduce its stunning resort in Maldives. This is the first property introduced by Aydeniz Group in the luxury market of Maldives. The construction work of the resort almost completed and the official launch of Ayada Maldives is scheduled to open on 1st October 2011.

The hotel features 112 luxury suites and villas, out of which fifty panoramic water residences; sixty two sea front villas are constructed. Each of the villas, in the 150,000 square-meter island resort features a swimming pool. The constructing company has been recognised as the leading company of tourism development. It is recognized by the World Travel Awards as Europe’s Leading Tourism Development Company.

Ömer Ülke, the tourism coordinator said that the luxury island resort  is in150,000-square-meter island, each villa has a swimming pool. He said that the project has received awards such as Asia’s Leading Tourism development company last year. They have decided to manage the property themselves in spite of offers for management by more than a dozen of international-hotel chains.

Ayada Maldives boasts superb amenities, seven tempting restaurants, cafes and bars  which would serve the various  cuisine of the world to the guests, the fish shaped island has spa of  3500 sq. metre spa, and health wellness club .

Turkish tourists visit every year Maldives which is also a tourist destination for 700,000 guests annually. The cost of the hotel starts at $1,300, while the most luxury room will start at $10,000 per night.
