The pristine Sullivan’s Island beach house is no less than an exotic get-away. The good news is, it is up for grabs and can be yours if you shell out an astronomical amount at the auction which will be held at 2 p.m on Tuesday inside the house itself.
The house is listed for $3.6 million and the owners are very confident of it being able to rake in the big bucks. The auction will be handled by Grand Estates Auction Co., all you have to do is pay $35,000 as a registration fee and sit and watch the magnificient house taken down by the vultures.
This property is owned by Rhonni and Harvey Malino for 14 long years, they seemed excited about the auction. On being asked about the house they started touting it and said “just steps from the beach and offers sweeping ocean views from every room.”
The opulence of this house is not only limited to scenic beauty of the place where it is situated, but it also has all the amenities that one cant even think of in that deserted island. Presence of a swimming pool in its backyard will relieve you from the monotonous waves of the salty sea. If you want to register, then click here.
