The house is listed for $3.6 million and the owners are very confident of it being able to rake in the big bucks. The auction will be handled by Grand Estates Auction Co., all you have to do is pay $35,000 as a registration fee and sit and watch the magnificient house taken down by the vultures.
This property is owned by Rhonni and Harvey Malino for 14 long years, they seemed excited about the auction. On being asked about the house they started touting it and said “just steps from the beach and offers sweeping ocean views from every room.”
