Star Wars Imperial Star Destroyer Framed SpecPlate: A collectible of the rarest kind!

Star Wars and pop culture are now intertwined to such an extent that it is no longer geeky to have a ton of Star Wars stuff in your room and to be making continual references about it all the time. That being said, here is a collectible that every Star Wars fan would love to own and call his own as he parades it proudly to all those ignorant folk who care more about the world outside than the fantasy trip from far, far away. Up for grabs is the framed christening plates from the bulkhead of a Star Wars Imperial Star Destroyer and with each one of these, you can now officially launch you own ship!

The SpecPlate is based off the commemorative christening plates that would have been affixed to the bulkhead of Imperial Star Destroyers and measures 36-inches wide x 17-inches tall in dimensions. Mounted with 2-inch polished stainless steel standoffs on a supporting plate in a shadow box frame, it is designed by Naval architects in Seattle.

With only 25 of these available across the globe (Yes, only 25 ever!), the price tag of $1995 does not really look all that extravagant… Especially if you are on of those who leads the whole Star Wars fan club!
