To make it even more tempting the renowned Spanish chef Jose Andres will be opening two new restaurants in Vegas. They will be a part of the multi millionaire hotel project, The Cosmopolitan.
One will be a tapas restaurant inspired from his award winning restaurant, Jaleo. It will include a wood-fired pit for making paella, the traditional saffron rice and seafood dish made in a large shallow pan.The other will be a new concept, a mix of Chinese and Mexican menu. This fusion restaurant will have tortilla makers up front and planned dishes like shumai wrapped in mango. Andre already owns seven restaurants in Washinton DC and one in Beverly Hills. He is busy delighting people with his ThinkFoodGroup restaurants which include Café Atlantico, Zaytinya, Oyamel and the critically acclaimed minibar.
Along with innovative cuisines from Jose Andres, The Cosmopolitan also features Blue Ribbon by restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg; Comme Ca by Los Angeles chef David Myers; New York City’s Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis; Scarpetta and a new casual wine bar by award-winning chef Scott Conant; and the steakhouse STK from The One Group.
