Accelerated Marketing Partners is organizing the country’s largest residential sealed-bid auction. The property on offer is worth nearly $80 million. They have put together a total of 11 luxury homes located throughout Park City, Utah. The minimum reserve prices for the homes range from $1.495 million to $15.875 million. This means a reduction of prices by up to 54%.
The homes on offer are all lavish estates. Some of them even have ski-in/ski-out access. They all are either overlooking resort communities or are located in golf communities. Ken Stevens of Accelerated Marketing Partners highlighted the point that this sealed bid auction offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to prospective buyers to own a preeminent mountain home at unbeatable prices. This process of bidding also allows you to purchase luxury estates at price points you decide and you are comfortable with.
Deer Field Estate, a 15,000 square foot estate developed by Eustace W Mita of Achristavest, is the most expensive amongst the lot. It was originally listed for $28.975 million but later taken off the market about a year ago. The estate has seven suits, a private gondola for ski-in/ski-out access, indoor swimming pool, billiards, theatre, family room and wine room. The minimum reserve price now quoted is $15.875 million which is a reduction of 54% from the previous listed price.
