Robert Pattinson’s Westside Compound Hits Property Market

The Westside compound  of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, the stars of Twilight, has hit the property sale market approximately for six million dollars. The property had been on lease for several months.  Westside compound, the west-facing luxury property measuring 2,604-square-foot home has the view of Bel-Air and Stone Canyon Reservoir. According to the Hollywood reporter, the property was constructed in 1990s is situated on nearly half acre of land. The main house offers an open-plan living space which includes dining room, four bed rooms, a den and three and a half bathrooms. The guest house has been recently renovated with single room and 1.5 bathrooms. The outdoor pool, dining pavilion and spa could be used for relaxation and entertaining the guests.

Pattinson and Stewart had played in vampire romance movie Twilight in 2008. Now they have stared in Twilight Saga series Breading dawn-part 1 which was released last month was the box of office hit with the number one film category, according to the estimation of distributor Summit Entertainment. Next year, to their credits the movie, Breaking Dawn-Part -2 is scheduled to release.

21-year-old Stewart and 25-year-old Pattinson, who had starred as couple in reel-life, are leading life together in real life. They are in the hopes moving to a new neighborhood or a community from the Bel-Air with fresh memories and thrills, a purchaser is attracted to their estate. According to Zillow, the average value of a property in Bel-Air would cost more than $1.8 million.
