One of the biggest and most famous fashion houses in the world Ralph Lauren, is planning to launch an all new interactive online Legends Clinic for tennis fans, commemorating Wimbledon and the U.S Open Tennis Championship, along with 10th anniversary of the official Ralph Lauren website.
This all new online initiative from Ralph Lauren will be launched under the umbrella of the Polo Ralph Lauren brand on June 17th, 2010 and this online tennis clinic will feature live interviews with tennis legend and three time Wimbledon champion, Boris Becker. Mr. Becker will be available to the users in real time and will be answering questions, while giving a live demonstration of some of the techniques, that makes one proficient in tennis. Ralph Lauren and Boris Becker have known to be quite comfortable working with each other, as Mr. Becker had previously worked alongside the fashion house, in the capacity of an official brand ambassador for the Wimbledon championships.
According to a Polo spokesperson,
“Wherever you are – in Korea, Los Angeles or on 57th Street and Madison Avenue – you can ask Boris Becker questions, and he will answer them in real time. The mission for us is to change the way we create content and also make sure the customer sees the authenticity in our relationship with Wimbledon.”
