Park City in Utah Sees 30 Luxury Property Auctions

Park City, Utah has been seeing some really amazing auctions related to property holdings. This has been done in order to liquidate several properties that are owned by developers, banks and individuals who are trying to remain clean and dry, with respect to finance.

You could expect an auction of 30 luxury properties which would include great properties for all sorts of needs. These properties would range from condos to land to luxury homes. Count Mrs. Fields’ former mansion is one of the properties to be auctioned off, and the bank is ready to take whatever they get form the auction.

It is an amazing 24,000 square foot home on 51 acres in Wolf Creek Ranch and may get just $1.5 million. It is worth more than $8.5 million. It would be interesting how this and other properties would make their way to new owners, and what price they may actually fetch.

One of the other properties that would be auctioned off as well is the Quincy Express lift at Deer Valley resort and one of the best home sites in the US is being sold there. It is great for ski lovers and those who crave for mountain air. It comes with a Talisker membership, deep powder out the front door, and a meadow. The opening bid is $2,895,000.
