M3M India Appoints L&T to Construct the M3M Luxury Golf Estate in Gurgaon

The golf enthusiasts are so passionate about the game that would do anything for the opportunity to live on the course. Luxury real estate developer M3M India is doing exactly that. They are developing a 75 acre golf lifestyle resort cum residences for the discerning in Sector 65 in the heart of Gurgaon. Called the M3M Golf Estate, it will have a 9-hole reversible course and 7 Star Luxury Residences built around it. The developers have appointed L&T the renowned international construction company to build the luxury project. Basant Bansal, the CMD of M3M Group is confident that with L&T on board the project would be completed in a record time of 33 months instead of 42 months earlier planned.

The golf course is being designed by the world famous architect, Graham Cooke. The modern cutting edge design will be eco friendly and as sustainable as possible. Ramesh Khosla, the head of ARCOP has designed the entire project. He has developed the design keeping in mind the five elements with strong spiritual overtones.

The project is aimed at the growing number of expats, corporate honchos and HNIs in the region.
