Luxury Palace Hotel in Tokyo Took $1.2 Billion in Investments

The Luxury Palace Hotel in Tokyo has been already in the list of world top most hotels. It is slated to open on a grand scale on May 17th of this year, with US $1.2 billion investment in its mixed development. The hotel is located in a very natural and vibrant at Marunouchi, a dynamic business district. The hotel with its 23 floors, seventeen retail outlets are featured in four uppermost basement levels which functions as an underground passage to Otemachi subway station which will be accomplished in 2013.The land mark station is within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, in a green space of 3.5 square kilometres, in the vicinity of Imperial palace with the heritage which dates back approximately four centuries.
