The Manhattan region of New York is now gearing up for yet another majestic luxury boutique hotel, The Nolitan, which is no officially opening its doors on August 1st, 2011. This newest addition the rising list of luxury hotels in the Manhattan region is located at the corner of Kenmare and Elizabeth Streets. The name of the luxury boutique resembles that of the Nolita neighborhood in Manhattan and the developers of The Nolitan, Veracity Development, has been known to be dedicated towards the growth and prosperity of the region. The Nolitan has been designed with a singular aim of providing the guests with opulent luxury and personalized attention. As per the operations of The Nolitan, the guests will be sent an email after booking of their rooms and the hotel management plans to build a personal profile of the guests by requesting to complete an online form sent in the email.
The Nolitan luxury boutique hotel features 55 rooms and with the creation of personal profile, the hotel aims at providing its staff the tools to know beforehand what the guests prefer and thus provide highly personalized services. The Nolitan was designed by New York City-based Grzywinski+Pons, while the aim during the construction of this magnificent hotel was to provide the guests with a more comprehensive outlook of the neighborhood. As per the structure of The Nolitan, the guests will have the chance to explore the sights and sounds of the neighborhood via private balconies, while many rooms have been given floor to ceiling glass windows. The lobby of The Nolitan features a bar, a snacks bar, as well as a fully maintained library that is curated by Phaidon Books. To appease the foodies, The Nolitan will be opening its restaurant, Ellabess this month which will cater to seasonal American dishes and will be headed by renowned chef Troy Unruh. The Ellabess will be operated by Epicurean Management, which is also well known for its managerial skills in other high profile restaurants such as the dell’anima, L’Artusi and Anfora.
