Beachfront South oceanfront redevelopment zone is going to see some major developments as the city’s Planning Board has allowed for a luxury condominium to be built. Long Branch has become one of the most cherished and coveted places to own property lately, and there are several good reasons for that.
Assistant Planning Director Carl W. Turner revealed that Tajfel Group, which is Hotels Unlimited Inc. would be building a five-story midrise building to include 11 condominiums on the oceanfront. The property would come with health club, pool, landscape improvements and off-site gazebo.
It would be interesting for the developers would not only be building luxury condominiums but also hotels and rooms which the general public can use. The extra facilities like the gazebo could be used by the public as well. It is not clear how much the project is going to cost, and when it is going to complete.
You could contact the developers if you are interested in purchasing the condominiums. They would come with amazing views of Long Branch, and the interiors and the exteriors would reflect the classy attitude that the city is famous for.
