One of the biggest names when it comes to luxury hotels, Langham Hotels International, has now announced it plans to initiate an extensive upgrade program for the luxury suites in its crown jewel, The Langham, London. Furthermore, the company has also unveiled its plans of creating an all new ‘Presidential Suite’ that could cost the company about $ 1,536,690.
This all new upgrade program stemmed from The Langham, London’s recent renovation in the year 2009 that came with a price tag of a whopping $107,967,996, included the complete renovation and refurbishment of the hotel and has again brought it to the revered status of ‘Grand Hotel of Europe’. The immensely expensive Presidential Suite for The Langham, London is being designed by one of the most renowned hotel and restaurant interior design specialists, Richmond International and this ultra luxury suite is expected to be completed by the end of May 2010.
The all new Presidential Suite, which is to be called ‘The Regent Suite’ at The Langham, London will spread across a space of 166 square meter and will be consisting of two bedrooms along with a private salon, that can also be turned into a third sitting room if required. Along with these specifications, The Regent Suite will also come with a 24 hours personal butler, catering and concierge services, as well as a complementary wet bar. This all new expansion effort from Langham Hotels International is in part of the company’s wider plans to refurbish and renovate its existing hotels and at the same time create 24 more hotels in a span of three years.
