Julianne Moore's House Is Back On the List for $12.5 Million

Julianne Moore is one of the most famous children’s authors and an eminent actress as well. She is most famously remembered for her role in the movie ‘Hours’ which depicted the life of Virginia Woolf. She plays the role of a bored and dejected woman who tries to end her life in the 1950s. This time around, her luxurious house is up for sale, and it was off the list for some time, as no one was prepared to buy it for a huge amount that she demanded.

She had demanded $11.995 million in August 2009. This time around, she has put it back on the list and is demanding . The house comes with a chic children’s floor and a 49-foot garden. The house is well done, and the interiors do tell a lot about the owner who is an acclaimed writer and actress.

I would say, it could be a great way to make sure that you have the best of the house. Go ahead and get the house, if you have the money to spare. This time around, somebody would surely buy it, as when it was on the list last time, the recession was going on and no one could buy houses for that kind of money. Now, there is no recession!
