Hilton Worldwide’s Home2 Suites Brand Creates Immense Profits For The Organization.

The newly launched Home2 Suites from one of the biggest global hospitality company, Hilton Worldwide is now known to be the most successful brand in the company’s operational history. The Home2 Suites program was initiated in the month of January 2009 and was targeted towards the extended stay guests, as a mid tier value for money entity and the Home2 Suites is planning to open more hotels pretty soon.

Hilton Worldwide took a big chance by opening the Home2 Suites brand in the year 2009, at a time when the entire global economy was in a recession period. However, the risk paid off and with the first six months of the opening if the brand, it managed to secure 24 approved franchise agreements and in the next ten months, that number jumped to 48 approved deals. As of now, the Home2 Suites brands has as much as 60 approved franchise agreements, along with 30 more similar agreements that are in the developmental stages.

The Home2 Suites brand is quite different from its competitors, in terms of overall guest experience and provide its guests with a unique extended-stay offering. The Home2 Suites program provides its gusts with expanded community spaces, combined laundry and fitness areas and outdoor walking trails.
