This month Harrods of London had its display donned by an exclusive range of yachts in different model designs, images and detailing. The price range of their offering includes the £6.5 million Ron Holland designed Kestrel 106 and also the 90 meter Fincantieri fully-engineered build project, MARS which is tagged with a figure of more than £100 milion. Amongst other models, there were also the the revolutionary semi-displacement 65 metre Heesen with interior design by Bannenberg and Rowell, and Mogambo which is a metre luxury cruiser and is being offering by the company as ready for delivery for March 2012.
Harrods isn’t leaving any stone unturned to give its loyal customers the best in the luxury yacht experience. It has arranged a specialist in-store Watkins representation that will render direct marketing services to the stores visitors. One of the top executives at Watkins conceded that this venture speaks of their dream of creating a virtual Monaco at Harrods. He believes that their partnership with Harrods which make purchasing decisions for customers a breeze owing to jargon-free and hard-selling business methodology.
