India is the new emerging destination for fashion and luxury. And to get to know it better Harper’s BAZAAR India, which is only 18 month old is conducting a survey “Women in Luxury.” An independent research firm Ipsos Indica Research is conducting the research which aims to find what the women really want. The results will be out in December 2010.
The survey has been announced through the October and November issues of Harper’s BAZAAR India and Cosmopolitan. The survey hopes to help in understanding the purchasing trends and consumer preferences. The findings will be finally analyzed by the experts who have an understanding of the luxury segment in India. Mala Sekhri, Chief Operating Officer, Lifestyle Group, India Today Group is convinced that this initiative will provide new insights into the buying behavior and consumer psychology of affluent Indian women.
