Slow Food, the non-profit organization working to create a just and sustainable food system is being sponsored by Finlandia Vodka for Slow Food USA featuring American chef Sara La Fountain to bring to the table a culinary experience. Focused on sustainability and slow food principles, Slow Food USA has 225 volunteers representing more than 160,000 members and advocates.

Chef La Fountain has been known to incorporate sustainability practices in every facet of her culinary repertoire and her epicurean principles are a perfect match with the slow food movement and Finlandia Vodka, said Paul Tuell, director for Finlandia Vodka.
The events are scheduled to be held at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Miami (Juny 10), Chicago (July 13) and Dallas (July 16) between 7 p.m and 9:30 p.m. the tickets are priced at $50 a person and all the sale money will be donated directly to Slow Food USA. With limited seating of 100, the event is predicted to be very successful and a great learning experience. Tickets can be booked online and the guests must be more than 21 years of age or older.
