FINDS, Hong Kong to Host Royal Dinner on June 23

Chefs get really motivated and inspired when preparing a Royal Dinner. FINDS, Hong Kong’s first, finest and the only Nordic seafood restaurant, bar and terrace is hosting a Royal Dinner on Thursday, June 23. Jaakko Sorsa, their celebrity chef has a long experience of cooking for Presidents and Royalty. He has prepared Royal Dinners for Jacques Chirac, Bill Clinton, Vladimir Putin, the Swedish Royal Family, Saudi Arabian royalty, and countless dignitaries and business tycoons. The Royal Dinner that you will see on June 23 would be a recreation of the meal Chef Jaakko prepared for Her Imperial Highness, Princess Takamado of Japan.

Finds was established in 2004 and has since been named one of Asia Tatler Dining’s Best Restaurants for five consecutive years. The interiors of the restaurant along with cuisine try to evoke a Scandinavian summer. The name FINDS has been created with the first alphabet of the five countries of the region – Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden. You get the familiar flavors, sights & smells of the region but Finds manages to create brand new experiences with them. Finds is a distinctly Nordic aesthetic designed with a contemporary Asian sensibility.

The Royal Dinner on June 23 will be another brand new experience for the guests. The meal that has been planned for the day features Japanese ingredients prepared in the Nordic way. The meal will include Finnish sashimi and Wagyu Beef Filet. The dinner has been priced at HK$688 for six courses. In case you want your Royal Dinner to be paired with wines, it will cost you HK$888 plus 10% service charge. You can find your way to Finds at 39 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
