Super Model Kate Moss who has appeared on over 300 magazine covers has been the muse of many ace photographers. Known for her waifish figure, the Peruvian fashion photographer, Mario Testino has opened his much anticipated “Kate Who” exhibition. The exhibition was opened sans style & class with the Diva, Kate Moss wearing an asymmetric Stella McCartney number, as the guest of honor.
The exhibition was held at the Phillips de Pury gallery in London. Amongst the guests were Testino’s fashionable friends including Donatella Versace and her daughter Allegra, Christopher Bailey, Nick Rhodes, Graham Norton, Manolo Blahnik and Gwyneth Paltrow.
The exhibition “Kate Who” features a number of never before seen images of the leggy lass in life-size photo series by Testino. 18 different portraits of the model are up for sale amongst which the fans can choose. Only two or three copies of these life-size photos are available. Although there is no word about the retail price for these life-size portraits going by Testino’s name & fame in this arena, they’ll surely cost a moon!
Later this month, Testino will publish his limited-edition book Kate Moss By Mario Testino, featuring a series of portraits of the famous model. As a mark of celebration, he’s been given by Vogue an exclusive preview in this month’s August issue.
