Yes, this unique concoction is the result of a collaboration between Champagne Ruinart and the luxury fragrance house Miller Harris. You will be able to enjoy this drink from this month onwards for £35, at the Soho Hotel, Haymarket Hotel, Charlotte Street Hotel and Covent Garden Hotel.
I am sure you all are curious to know what exactly this Chapagne Tea is. Well it is as simple as it sounds. What you will get is a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV with a pot of Miller Harris tea. These two drinks are paired with a variety of cakes and sandwiches that are specially prepared by the talented chefs at the Firmdale Hotel’s chefs. The choice of teas are- Thé Bergamot, Thé Bigarade, Thé Pétales and Thé Violette, all of which have been created by Lyn Harris. To go with these delectable concoction, you can have the lemon cupcake, raspberry tartlet cakes, or the peach and vanilla friend.
