The bounce is back in the homes and condos market. Endeavour Clear Lake is the first waterfront high-rise condominium in Huston’s bay Area. The original developer had gone bankrupt. Wonmore Ltd. Bought the 44 condos in the building which remained unsold and invested $2 million on renovations and upgrades. These residences will be auctioned on August 21 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Houston.
This 30 storey tower was designed by world class architects, EDI Architects who are also based in Houston. The project was completed in 2007. The unique lighting system made it look like the building was glowing from the inside. But the lights went out in 2008 due to the financial difficulties of the developer. The residences range in size from 1,300 to 6,000 square feet. Endeavour Clear Lake promises its residents the simplicity of high-rise living with the beauty of living on the lake.
No where else on the Clear Lake can homeowners enjoy the services and amenities of an upscale resort. The residences have views of the Clear Lake and the Gulf of Mexico. There are very many upscale amenities like an infinity edge pool, private boat slips, a fitness centre, private movie theatre, indoor resistance pool, sauna, library, a business centre, indoor parking etc. The 12 foot ceiling, terraces and balconies make the condos appear large.
