Ducati Collaborates With TUMI Inc. To Launch Travel Bags & Accessories


What do you get when you bring one of the world’s best sports bike manufacturers, Ducati and luxury lifestyle brand, TUMI, in a partnership? The answer has now been revealed in the form of all new stunning line of backpacks, briefcases and travel bags that have been designed and developed with contribution from both the companies, thus accentuating their beauty and exclusivity. Both, Ducati and Tumi are known for their exquisite designs and unparalleled workmanship and the entire line has been limited to just seven products that will be developed with the entire focus being on luxury. This incredible line of travel bags and accessories will be launched in the season of Fall this year, even though the announcement of the partnership and its subsequent goal was made last more than a week ago.

One of the signature products of this incredible travel collection from Tumi and Ducati will be lightweight travel cases that will be designed with multi-layered ABS polycarbonate blend, which is known to be the primary material used by Tumi in nearly all its products. These cases will feature marvelous nylon front panels, add-a-bag straps and aircraft-grade aluminum handles and the cases will be available in a variety of sizes including an international carry-on, Quattroporte Medium Trip Case, and Quattroporte Extended Trip Case. Also, the collection will be comprised of two stunning red duffel bags, where in one of the larger ones will be a Due Porte Collapsible Wheeled Duffel and the other one will be an Actuator Sport Duffel. This entire luggage collection along with the above mentioned products will be launched from October 1st, 2011 and will be available at all TUMI stores across the U.S, as well as via TUMI web portal.
