Commercial property in Florida Is Booming

Commercial property in Florida is seeing a renewed interest. Lately, we have been seeing tremendous interest in properties that are usually luxury homes or hotels in Florida. Florida is seen as a destination where the affluent and old people go to relax and retire. Moreover, with so many people storming into the sunny state, commercial services are growing rapidly and infrastructure has increased.

This has led to the growth of commercial property even in towns such as Fort Myers. recently 2559 Fowler LLC purchased a 20,000-square-foot building at 2559 Fowler St., Fort Myers at an incredibly low price. At just about $465,000, the property was purchased from Robert Warden and Amanda Warden.

Templo El Calvario Inc. purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 17520 Rockefeller Circle, Fort Myers. This property was purchased from Jeffrey Wogoman Investment Properties LLC for $306,316. Now, though that may not seem profound to you guys, the bottom line is that commercial properties are being sold and bought like hot cakes. This indicates a positive scene in the real estate development of South Florida.

It would be interesting to learn where this would lead to. Some of the other property deals are that Pharmacology Pharmacy leased a 1,680-square-foot retail space at the Publix Shoppes at San Carlos, 16970 San Carlos Blvd., and White Dragon Martial Arts Center Inc. leased 1,600 square feet of retail space from Patton Avenue Holdings LLC at 10265 Tamiami Trail N., Naples.
