Chopard’s new L.U.C 1937 hand watch

Chopard has come out with a new watch for 2010 the ‘L.U.C 1937’. Simple as it is with just the time and date, it comes with a COSC certified Chronometer. This automatic watch called the 1937 as a vintage style piece; comes with Roman numerals hour makers and red seconds hand that makes it pretty easy to read.

Satin finished it comes in a steel case and 42mm width with the dial in slate gray color. Its water resistance is 100 meters and boasts of a unique crown that is placed at 4 o’clock. A chopard made caliber 1.010 is placed inside and the watch is meant to be simple, accurate and beautiful.

Chopard formed 150 years ago has remained a fully independent family business. 95% of the entire manufacturing process takes place in the house to ensure optimal excellence. They are famous for time-honored techniques, skills and precision craftsmanship. The production time is lengthened due to the fact that it’s handmade but in turn it creates products with perfect quality and optimal precision.

L.U.C 1937 is a great watch through which Chopard is trying to assert itself as more than just a fashion brand.  The production is limited to 1,937 pieces.
