Thai airways has always been one of my favourites, for they do provide the best service in the industry if you asked me. Moreover, the tickets are not exorbitant and they provide comfort and luxury on par with other major International airlines. If you however had to say that airlines food sucks no matter what, for a minute I would agree.
However, you would also need to know that Thai Airways has enlisted the services of world-renowned celebrity chef Tommy Tang in order provide the passengers some of the best and healthiest Thai cuisine in the world. The new menu would be presented to passengers on all the flights starting from this September till November.
You could choose between grilled Thai tiger prawn with mango salsa; organic mixed baby lettuce with lemongrass vinaigrette dressing; grilled fillet of beef with honey ginger glaze; pad Thai noodles with grilled salmon tamarind glaze; and grilled Thai barbecue chicken with sweet chilli sauce; mango crème brulee. The dishes are healthy, delicious and nutritious. So go ahead and book tickets on a Thai Airlines flight asap!
