CALA Homes Offers Exchange Program for The Sycamores Project

The car dealers always encourage you to upgrade or go for the newer model of the car by buying back your old car and deducting the value from your new purchase. The real estate sector is seeing the beginning of this trend. CALA Homes at their development on the outskirts of the city, The Sycamores organized an exchange program for prospective buyers this weekend. The homes at the Sycamores are the high end homes from CALA Homes’ Signature Collection. The Sycamores has grown into an idyllic place to live in and is a part of the well appointed western suburbs of Dundee.

The exchange program of CALA Homes works much like the car exchange deals on offer. Here the developer acts as a cash buyer for the customer’s existing property if they decide on buying a new home at their site. It not only saves the buyer the headache of finding a buyer for his home, but saves a substantial amount for him that would otherwise go as estate agent’s fees. CALA Homes is targeting the segment that is looking to upgrade to luxury four- and five-bedroom detached homes and hope to expedite this process by becoming the buyer for their client’s existing home.

The Sycamores is set within 50 acres of woodland, on the old Liff Hospital. It is a perfect setting for a family looking for a luxurious home that combines idyllic location with convenient access to amenities. Vivian MacLean, Sales Manager at CALA Homes East, said that the exchange program was organized to show to the prospective buyers how easy it was for them to make a move to the Sycamores’ newly built homes. All the in the prestigious project offer a large open-plan kitchen/family room, lounge, separate utility room, integral garage and en-suite facilities to two of its four bedrooms. There are larger options that feature an additional dining room, double garage and fitted wardrobes to all five bed rooms. Prices range from £272,000 to £408,000.
