Baselworld 2010: Jean d’Eve to Announce Quarta Automatic

Jean d’Eve certainly knows what his fans want and that is perhaps why this new Horological wonder on wrists is making waves in the industry. The Quarta Automatic is a watch that deserves all the price that we can give and even more. The watch has all the hours divided into 4 three-hour counters and that makes it quite attractive.

Moreover, the time moves around the dial in an amazing and surprisingly beautiful relay race. When the hand finishes its 3 hour leg, it comes back to the “handing the baton” and then the next one starts its own 3 hour lap. Like this, it continues for 12 hours and has thus been called the Quarta. You could check the minutes at the centre of the watch.

Its movement is automatic and thanks to Retrograde hours, minutes and date you could rest assured that you won’t miss something because you could not tell the time. It is made of stainless steel and comes with an amazing Anti-reflective sapphire crystal front and back. You could also choose between Stainless steel bracelet with butterfly clasp, or brown or black leather strap.

Baselworld 2010 is scheduled from 18-25 March.
