Watches are precision goods that need special care and attention while manufacturing. Sometimes, some watch companies take it a bit too seriously so that the watches are not only durable but also amazingly rugged and long lasting.
One such watch that might be seen at the Baselworld 2010 is the new “Col Moschin” Limited Edition watch from Oris. It has been tested by the Italian army and guess what? It was not a regular military test but was tested by Col Moschin on field.
The watches were worn on jumps from 9,000 meters and also on dives from 40 meters. The watch also comes with a the 49mm case which makes it look really manly and rugged. The thick, brush-finish bezel makes it look so macho that you might start questioning your own orientation, if you are a straight guy.
The watch comes in Italian colours of red, white and green and only 2,000 of this watch would ever be launched. If you are one of the lucky 2,000 guys to get to wear it, you must consider yourself privileged. This pre-release of the Baselworld 2010 is just getting things more exciting.
Baselworld 2010 is scheduled from 18-25 March.
