Aghanloo Estate in Ireland is the next cool vacation destination which is attracting many affluent Americans. Located on Limavady’s Download Road, ‘The Drenagh Estate’ offers luxury stay on its 1,000 acres. Dating back to 17th century, this Georgian house is a hit with high end market.
Among the many amenities it offers are indoor cinema, cricket pitch, gardens, pool, woodlands and spa. The estate can accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 rooms, with their individual bathrooms and have access to organizable activities like horse riding, archery, cricket and quad biking among the many. Recently a group of US clients flew in their private jet to spend an exclusive weekend. The place is totally exclusive priced at 14,000 pounds for minimum of eight people for a seven day stay.
The breathtaking estate includes a number of large garden areas and the owners are trying to do something around the seasons, a spring, a summer, autumn and winter event. Provided also is pavilion marquee that can hold up to 500 people and priced at 30,000 pounds.
Many families have occupied the estate over the years. The two main dwelling houses were Fruithill and Drenagh. Little remains of the Fruithill and Drenagh is occupied by McCausland family. The owners have four kids in that humungous house, so it was sensible of them to use the house thus.
